- Your licensed identity on every page and every email: your name, title, licence number, brokerage authorized name, and brokerage licence number are mandatory template fields; they can't be omitted.
- Flat software fee only. LenderSearch is never paid per lead or per deal, takes no lender compensation, and never touches your client's file; the software vendor stays outside licensable activity, and all advice remains yours.
- No rate advertising by default in the tool or the content packs, so APR-prominence rules aren't triggered.
- CASL-correct consent: the marketing opt-in is never pre-ticked, its exact wording and timestamp are recorded, and the report email itself is a requested transactional message.

How fast can I be live?
Typically within 2 business days of sending your details: name, title, licence numbers, brokerage, the email address leads should go to, and (optionally) your brand colour, logo, headshot, and booking link.
Where do the leads go?
Straight to your inbox, the moment your visitor requests their report, with their contact details, their situation summary, and their full match list. Reply-to is set to the client, so you answer with one click. We never sell, share, or touch your leads.
Is the lender data accurate?
The database covers 161 Canadian lenders (the Big Six, monolines, credit unions, B-lenders, MICs, and reverse lenders) including each lender's prepayment-penalty method. It is curated and continuously maintained. It's educational matching, not a rate feed: your advice stays the source of truth.
Will it show lenders I can't place with?
Yes: the tool ranks honestly, including direct-only lenders, because that's what makes your audience trust it (and you). Broker-access lenders are clearly badged, and in practice most top-value matches are broker-only. Your follow-up is where the fit conversation happens.
Does it compete with my website's SEO?
No. Your tool page is intentionally non-indexed. It's a conversion destination for the audience you already have (newsletter, social, referrals), not a competing website.
Can I cancel?
Yes, monthly plans cancel anytime from your billing portal and your page comes down at the end of the period. Annual plans run their term.
Can it run on my own domain?
Custom domains (like tools.yourbrokerage.ca) are on the roadmap. Today every broker gets yourname.lendersearch.ca, which is what your launch kit links to.
